Dolphins

Scientists and volunteers attempt to aid stranded dolphins on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
In the seas of Cape Cod, over 80 dolphins have died. Groups, up to ten, have been washing up on shore and died. These deaths are not uncommon, however the numbers are "disturbing." The reason for the rise in deaths are unclear but it could be due to the changes in water temperature. If the dolphins don't instantly die, they suffer, sunburn, organ damage, and attacks from predators. This is also happening in Maine and Massachusetts. http://www.cnn.com/2012/02/01/us/massachusetts-dead-dolphins/index.html?hpt=hp_bn1
