Navy SEALs

U.S. Special Forces flew into Somalia to rescue to kidnapped aid workers. The overnight mission was carried out by the SEAL team that killed Osama bin Laden last year. The team took out nine gunmen and wounded many more. Jessica Buchanan and Poul Thisted were captured in October, but they are safe and unharmed. Vice President Joe Biden had this to say about the SEALs, “It just takes your breath away, their capacity and their bravery and the incredible timing.” Details about fatalities are confidential and cannot be released. The two aid workers were from the Danish Refugee Council’s demining unit. http://www.cnn.com/2012/01/25/world/africa/somalia-aid-workers/index.html?hpt=hp_bn2
